i manually and patiently folded the fabric on the arms.
sorry forgot to take WIP picture for the lightsaber.

i 3d printed the saber and use Cold Cathode lamp technic.

If I may ask: what 3d printer are you using? Also, the orange test print: is that why the lines are visible because it's just a test print or are all the final products that rough and you have to do sanding to smooth out the product?

yep! you should do the smoothing for the printed item. there are alot of ways to smooth 3d FDM printed item.
you could sand them
brush acetone smoothing
vapor acetone smoothing
sand blasting
resin coating
primer sanding, etc.

i am looking to buy a new 3d printer that could produce super smooth and detail object, so there's no smoothing process needed

not sure what is the brand, got it from my friend, he specialize in nickel and chrome

Bad Camera and dust. also some improper.
