Got my mask through today. Man its a b1tch to cut up lol. Really good quality tho. Once iv finished, I may do a 2nd , different version mask .

Yeah, I had a heck of a time cutting it up. At first I tried using a jagged knife to leave a rough finish but switched to scissors, much easier. Still working on weathering the bust.

So finally had time to dull up the bust a little. Looking good but I did like the bust shiny too. Next a little more black and some rust.

Your final touches on the paint look excellent. BTW, thanks again for the tip on the mask!

I was just posting these pics in another thread, and I figured you might want an idea for your second mask. Losing the nose and lips really made it scarier. Check it out.

Here's an idea of the actual masks shape in case you start cutting again:

Was on vacation and just got back. That looks really good, you're right, the mask without the nose and mouth make it look scarier. I was thinking of doing that to the mask I have but I might get another one. The weathering on your mask looks awesome and the burnt effect matches perfect with the statue.

I applied a thin layer of liquid latex, then beat it up a little.
