I believe they do now, when the signed the new contract at the beginning of the year, but we'll see

True, I believe SS has exclusive deal For DC line, my guess Prime1 have bigger scale.

Dang. So SSC's playing HT's game on 1/4 statues. (can't help but be reminded of how HT asked Marvel to shut down Play Imaginative's 1/6 Iron Man line)

1:1 would mean money saved for me, unless busts would be as far as they'd go. Then again, SSC's got their 1:1 DC Busts.

I'm sure that's the major question on everyone's mind. I'd be shocked if these will be released in 1/4 scale. I think you are right. We'll more than likely see these released as 1/3 or 1/2 pieces.

1/2 scale busts maybe, 1/2 figures, doubtful, since SSC also has that. I'd really like to see what Prime1 will do, though they tend to be expensive
