Ultron is a tall robot, about 8 foot tall, so his figure is larger than normal human size, his original form is regular size, but that figure there(Ultron Prime) is much larger.

Yeah, Ultron is a towering baddy so his 1:6 fig is pretty big compared to puny humans.
