I have the following for sale and can ship anyway and will consider any offer. Of you are good with repairs it might be a bargain:
Gandalf the white which has two cracks in the scabbard. £70
Gandalf the grey which has the bottom of glamdring snapped but still attached plus the base felt is peeling off but easily stuck back. £70
Legolas 1cm end of bow snapped but still attached. £40
Orc overseer snapped and replied section of front cloak, actually hard to see. £70
All with boxes etc.
Would sell all for £180
