Note: I listed mostly licenses that are not currently being done. I of course want to see plenty of more Star Wars and Buffy PFs (among numerous other licenses Sideshow currently has).

Interesting list. I'd likely pass on many of those, but the 5th Element Milla could be tempting. My top 10 would be:

While some of the licenes are already in place, none of the above have been announced. This is also putting aside the likes of the Indy PF, etc.

6. Aliens - Ripley holding newt backing out from alien hive.
7. Aliens - Hicks in the midst of battle.
8. Gremlins - Stripe laughing holding food of some sort.
9. AVP - Elder predator
10. Die Hard - John Mclaine on rooftop with no shoes

Great lists!! Sorry occulum's broke. Numerous ideas I never thought of came to light. Leon!! Awesome idea and the Aliens Ripley is exactly what I had in mind. Mars Attack Alien and Alien in Woman Disguise would be fantastic! Ghostbusters and Blade Runner are ideas I never thought of but are cool. Sideshow's PFs are my favorites and they have so much more potential. The Star Wars line still has immense possibilities too. I'd like to see them do a series of Lost characters and even Battlestar Galactica too!! Right now I waiting for the PF Indy to post and I will pounce on it like a crack addict.
