thanks dude, I know how to make molds but I've never seen one made using lego - excellent!

No, the problem is time - I just don't have the time to make my own molds

These guys are based in the US. Haven't used them, but I know a few sculptors do use him for molding and casting. Don't know prices or if they are actually offering their services, but here you go:

Sorry to hear about that, I know a guy that does it and has been doing it for years. I'll drop him a line and see if he's open to take on some work.
