I'm not very far in this custom, just really have the head sculpt done and ready to be molded and cast in resin after some smoothing is done on the hair and neck. The head sculpt was made from a rip of his character model from an iso. I have clothing on the way as well as a vinyl decal for his iconic back tattoo. I'll be posting my progress along the way.

And here are some pics of it in hand. They're not great quality. Flash really messes up this white plastic and natural light wasn't good enough. But this give an idea of scale and quality.
I've ordered some material to make a jacket for Majima Goro as well. I'll start work on him after Kiryu and after I can get a decent head sculpt made.
