is this a rare SPLASH

hi, i don't really know much about comic splash so i would like to ask fellow collectors if you guys know about this drawing, it is from Kaare Andrews who draw this, a fellow want to sell me this drawing for $1100, i really like this picture but don't really know how much they are worth, it is a cover of an animation dvd or something. Hope you guys can help, thanks. Also i have other drawing but don't know how much they are worth, thanks

Are they the original pen and inks? If they are the originals then they are worth what ever you want to pay for them.

It appears that his stuff goes for anywhere from $150-2000 depending on it being a Spalsh, filler, or cover etc.

yes they are original pen and ink, i had also checked out the webpage you had mentioned and also saw those drawing of his for sale but i have yet to see these drawings, so therefore i have no idea how much they are worth, thank you for your quick reply.

the first one appears to only be the pencils (no inks). nice piece. as each one is unique, the price can really only be gauged by interest. if you love it and think it is worth it, then it is.
