His characters name was/is Detective Gerald Stephens

I'd really like a custom headsculpt of him and Ramirez since Gordon doesn't know she's a traitor yet. I think it would make for a great set up if I could have several GCPD Officers on a shelf.

Looks great... Need to add the piece of glass that breaks off... So Joker can use it as a weapon like he did in the movie... I missed that the first time...
