And I saw the Beastie Boys as an opening act for Cyndi Lauper playing in a small bar - the London Victory Club. My friends and I stole a street sign after the concert.

If hot for teacher is not a fond memory i'm not sure what is.Too bad they don't make vids like that anymore..or music for that matter!(who's got the street sign still?)I didn't get to see the BB till 95'

I did a lot of really wild things during the 80s. Luckily I can't remember some (a lot) of them.

It was a great time to see movies. Some of the best sci-fi and action flicks are from the 80s.

The entire John Hughes oeuvre, Back to the Future and ET are more what I remember. Madonna, Simple Minds, Depeche Mode, New Order, the Go-Gos, the Police - those are just a few of my favs.

I miss the 80s too....man when 1990 hit and I turned 9 I was crushed.

Will say this though I love to watch "I Love the 80s" and see what I can connect to and what I remember.

Ahhhhhh the memories. Musically the decade of the one hit wonders, songs i still enjoy hearing today.Television was the cheesy serials that u look back on now and say i watched that WHAT THE .Gotta love the 80's
