How to do i put logos or design logos onto a t shirt?

Hey Guys!
Need help PLEASE on how to put a logo or a design logo onto a T-shirt?
What's the best method?
I'm currently customising a Sam j Jones FLASH GORDON 1980
and i need to put a FLASH log on a white t shirt.
Any ideas or anybody that makes design t-shirt would be great!

Seriously though, you might contact board member Evilface. I think he does transfers. If not, maybe Corrose, though I think he was a bit backlogged with work recently.
