Does anyone known the exact name of this knife or does anyone recognize this wonderful piece or were to find.

More shops are very welcome to find the other two because there were been made three of them and made by UC.

The Golden edition with the round wallplaque.
The golden and Silver edition with the larger wallplaque.
The Silver edition with the larger wallplaque.

I'm hoping to find them all three to add them into my collection with your help my friends.
