I know its tough times, but I REALLY think it a fair price. It took me a while to hunt down every figure. I like to see it go to a collectpr on one of the 1/6 boards before I put it up on ebay.

The basic problem is that 1.6k is just too much for any regular collector to spend at once. Tought times or not - it was still too much money back in June/July when noone thought of bad economy. I too think you will have better luck selling the figures one by one or at least in small groups (by country or try combining rare figures with those that you think you will have problem selling alone). Good luck anyway!
