Ok, folks. A friend of mine bit off more than he can chew, and wants top dollar for these 2 items.
If you're serious about wanting one, then it's best to PM me with a pre-ship offer, but keep in mind my friend's aware of the going prices on Ebay. I won't list prices, but if you feel you need to take the plunge, then expect to fork out:
General Uruk's Helm: anything above 2x retail price
Thorin EX statue: anything above 1.5x retail price
There is no haggling made. PM me your best offer, and the highest bidder gets it. If no serious takers through the weekend, he may go the Fleabay route.
