Try to use a hairdryer on the hat for a few seconds, you'll see it gets super soft, then mold it back carefully to the original shape and cool it down. It's quite easy.

the bend is an easy fix buddy wish it was the only issue, its the crack at the back of the hat which is one of the main reasons i need to send it back to denny..i have some more free time thanks to work calming down so going to get on it shipped back to him .
