I think when I traded this in I deleted my save so I'd have to start over if I rebuy this.

even if i did buy this, it's too late today as game shop is shut

guess i'll just have to finish insane gears

loved the first one. i didn't even bother to try to complete any of the tasks, i just ran around and killed lots of zombies. hopefully they'll put some co-op in this one!!! and i like the casino vibe. definitely makes me think twice about going to vegas again (still regret some stuff i did there)

I did the same thing too; I didn't bother with the missions and just ran around killing zombies. I'm stuck at the end with the general on the tank:eek:
Can't wait to play DR 2.

Capcom R&D kingpin Keiji Inafune has confirmed that Dead Rising 2 features multiplayer after all, despite confusion at GDC earlier this year.

"We're at a point in game history that you need to have some form of multiplayer component in a game," Inafune told journalists at Captivate 09 in Monaco last week.

"Single-player alone is not going to cut it. So rest assured we are going to put multiplayer in the game, but I can't go into specifics about what type of multiplayer as that directly relates to some of the game systems that we don't want to talk about at this event. It will be online multiplayer, so keep that in mind."

Inafune held court over an hour-long demonstration of the survival horror sequel, revealing that development partner Blue Castle Games manages to do 7,000 zombies on-screen at once - and showing us that in action.

this game looks like its gonna be pretty good. wished i had finished the first one, but my machine died after playing this game. Got replacement system (brand new) it worked fine until I put DR back into it, next thing you know it died again. So never bother starting it up again.

Multiplayer? Hmmm, I'm cautiously optimistic. Some games don't need a multiplayer mode (Bioshock, Riddick), I hope DR2's multiplayer doesn't come with a sacrifice to the quality of the single player mode.

As for achievements, I got 160 points in about 45 minutes of play. Some of the achievements are REALLY easy if you know what to do and where to do it

Don't know what to do or where to do it :lol

Zombie Walk, Strike, Bullet Point, and Group Photo are easy to get. There are a couple more I did earlier that are easy to get

Has anyone finished the Zombie Genocider achievement? It takes forever (took me about 10 hours straight, no stops) to kill the necessary 53,XXX zombies to get it.

The reward is really cool but there's not much incentive to use it since by the time you get the achievement you're probably already done and sick and tired of the game.

You just run over zombies non-stop with the car in the maintanence tunnels.
