based on that last image, robot eye looks offset/lower than human eye

and closer to the midline of his face as opposed to his other eye.

Nope. I always bin the cheap Chinese batteries anyway.

I only tried the light up yesterday, didn’t work
Reinstalled the batteries and bingo.

I just got mine, didn't want to mess with it yet, so wasn't sure about batteries.
I will probably never display it with the light on, so it saves me the trouble of removing them
Oh, and love it! Looks a bit smaller than 1/2 scale, but it's ok with me.

If they ever do a 1:1 version I would have to bite.

Sorry don't like it. Too small, flat and bland paint job, poorly sculpted hair. Overpriced.

If you are going to do justice to an iconic piece like this you need 1:1 scale, real braided hair, acrylic or glass eyes, translucent resin, and chromed metal. Only speaking for myself I can't buy this, it would look like a toy next to my Cinemaquettes and life size busts.

Eye level looks fine in that last one.
So as before, assume more just of the images than of the real thing.
