Applying mohair to head

Does anyone know the techniques of applying mohair to an already sculpted head?

If so, could I please kindly request a breakdown of the steps involved and the right techniques/tools.

Thanks a lot. That was very helpful. I see how one applies the hair in a roundabout way. That's what I was looking for.
