the change in size is simply because the final product has Batmans cape curled downwards instead of up and out like the protoype...an improvement if you ask me. When I was working on the statue the Art director wanted the cape to be opened into a clear Almost graphic batman like symbol. I always...

Damn!!! I was so wanting one of these and even talked myself into possibly dishing out 400.00 or MAYBE 500.00 on one but at 7-8 hundred I too will definitely pass on it. I love these things!!!

Excellent job on that xenoviper! Did you construct the clothing or did you customize an existing figure? Either way it turned out great.

Very very very true!!! Andy is tops in this industry. ...and yes this was my last piece for SS as well as my first dig at trying to sculpt a likeness. Fun project! I love the Terminator movies.

Just to clarify, This Wolvie comiquette is exactly 1/4 scale. Is he shorter than most of the other 1/4 scale pieces...YES, but only because the character is supposed to be 5'3" tall. In 1/4 scale calculations 1 foot of height should translate to 3 inches of sculpture. An average 6 ft. individual...

I loved that clip. The only thing that looks odd to me is the skull on Ghostrider....looks slightly kind of eggshellish to me? Like the structure of the skull is a bit too soft and subtle?

you can always cough up 12k and I'll sculpt you up a burning rotted type horse skeleton to go along with Westrider:google Motorcycle....mechanical stuff....nooooooooooo thank you. "Best SS statue?"... :confused: , can't say I agree with that but thank you very much.

Thank you guys. On the bright side Bullseye...while the sculpt I did after this one was unfortunately my last piece for Sideshow, it is however my single most favorite piece to date. Sorry guys, not a Marvel piece though.

Thank you everyone. Awesome paint up and picture by the Sideshow folks! The statue is just under 16 inches I think(bottom of boot to top of head)...taller if you count flames. . Definitly not 1/3 scale, probably a hair under 1/4 scale?
