Chad took care of my Batman seam issue. He sent out a replacement statue on Monday and it arrived today .... looks awesome!

New head sculpt .... major improvement!

I sent an email out on Friday .... hopefully I will hear something back soon.

The statue I have doesn't have any paint problems. However, the right arm seam looks wrong to me.

The leaning issue (at least on mine) was due to the base pad on the right side being flattened. I replaced the pads with plastic ones from Wal-Mart and my leaning disappeared. The "leaning" was so subtle that I only noticed it when I got my new Besta cabinet.

I thought it might be paint as well but never thought Sideshow would do something like that. Also, the cape is fine ... probably the flash from the camera.

The thought of returning it has crossed my mind but I am waiting to see what Sideshow says first.

I just received my statue but the "S" emblem appears to be flawed (see photos). It appears to have imperfections/cracks in the yellow part and is shiny as well. Has anyone else had similar problems?

I know this question has been raised before but I don't know if its been answered. Sideshow lists this PF at 25.5" inches tall but their values are approximate. Therefore ... is it 25.5" tall or a little taller/shorter? The top shelf of my display to the ceiling has about 26.5" of clearance and...
