Honestly I was never too happy with the hot toys Ada and that figure is falling apart on me was looking for a replacement body so this Ada announcement is perfect timing especially as il always prefer the OG over the Remake.

I got the Hot Heart Claire Darkside Chronicles and it's pretty good imo.

I believe it’s only the clothing and sculpt no body. HH tends to be random when it comes to bodies. The only figures that came with a stock were their recasted RPD Leon, Claire 1.0 and 2.0 and their 2.0 Jill but they just threw a random jointed body. Their remake Leon is going to include a body as well.

It’s good minus the ugly stock body they gave her.

Most companies find it too expensive to include a tbleague body so they let the consumer buy it seperately. They sometimes use Jiaou bodies as they are much cheaper but their bodyproportions aren’t nearly as good as Tbleague (Lanky Lara and Ada from SWtoys). Judging from the promo pic it looks like a TBleague body. Hard to tell which one from that close up shot alone.

Definitely not a HT recast, new sculpt that looks to have moving eyes and a better likeness. I'm definitely interested.

Hoping for no body to keep the cost down, I can already tell in that promo pic the body they're using looks awful.

Just a kit. Y’all will need to buy your own tbleague body.

Looks their 1:0 Ada sculpt just updated and with the updated rotating eyes. And I meant recasted HT accessories. And they always use the wrong body when promoting their products. Inaccurate to the character and over exaggerated body choices. Just follow the skin color suggestion and decide on what body type. lol never go with their choices in bodies.

Also, the last kits range between $100-200 depending on cost of the product. Even their last Jill set which did include a cheap body was close to $200.

I think they updated the hair at least, the sculpt does look about the same though, and you're right about the accessories for sure.

The S17B is a great body. But wrists can look a little rough. Wish TBleauge would figure out how to make em more seamless.

I’ve always had a soft spot for Hot Toys’s headsculpt. It’s pretty great for being as old and outdated as it is. It got improved from promo to final production as well. The lips are different.





I would even go as far as saying Hot Heart’s head doesn’t hold a candle to Hot Toys’s.

That’s insanely pricy for the little value you get. Not worth it. $100-150 maybe but $200 for a dress and recast accessories and a headsculpt similar to something from aliexpress… no from me

Let’s see if they release the recasted HT Jack Krauser at this point. Lol

The shoulders are far too borad imo, in that pic Project A just shared she has a very manly build imo, Ada is far more petite.

But I was thinking of going back on my statement about the sculpt, HT is better for sure.

I see what you mean but it’s not that much broader. TBleague has tons of different bodies, surely one will be close enough to use with the set.

Those companies never use the right bodies to promote their products. From SuperDuck to Hot Heart.

Unplanned custom, I had most of the pieces left over from other figures, the At202 wordbox arrived and I assembled this stealth version of Jill, what do you think?

I'm mostly intrigued by the plastic holster lol. The old Hot Toys leather holster has been disintegrating badly.

I do see some other potential for this set though. Especially if equipped with the new MT sculpt, now available separately.
