Tried that & the Sideshow gauntlets are way too short, probably because that figure had TRex arms.

Suggestion: Don't pose Boba like that. That's all I got.

I switched to the Sideshow pegs (which are grey) and hands (which are slightly bigger) and they seem to work well in hiding the Gauntlet gap.

For the pegs, I just cutoff a little from the ends and sanded them down slightly so they'd fit.

thks for the HT comparison pics and loved that vid comparing to ss ver!

to get rid of gauntlet gap- use a piece of fabric similar to flight suit fabric to make a lil cuff type dealy? that work? wanna try it on my HT ROTJ, cuz also cant stand seein the black wrist joint.

Was going to do RoTJ as my HOt Toys Fett and get the Mafex ESB but seeing this pic is making me want both in Hot Toys form

My Fett collection is finally complete.

Wasn’t expecting much but was pleasantly surprised how much better this one was than the ROTJ version. The tailoring, details, execution & articulation on this one makes it easily the best Fett available in my book.

Just curious if you could elaborate on why you think this one is much better than the Jedi version. I just don't see any improvements with the tailoring and articulation with this one.

The right gauntlet on the new one kinda bothers me since it should have been retooled, the left knee pad should match the left shoulder pad in colour, they gave them the Jedi Mythosaur skull instead of of Empire one, the sling is completely wrong, there's no jetpack belt on this one, the right belt pouch is supposed to be the same as the left & the cape should be a square w/the stripe in the middle. True, the Jedi one had it's issues as well, but they're not as severe as Empire Fett.

I love them both, and if I could only have one in my collection, I'd probably choose Empire Fett..but unbiasedly, Jedi Fett is more movie accurate.

The ESB is more polished than the ROTJ when compared together. Accuracies aside, HT ESB makes the HT ROTJ look less realistic by a substantial margin. Especially if looking for the guy in a costume look.

Nothing against your view, but I just don't see it. Owning both (and both have been futzed), to me they look equally realistic..with the exception of Jedi Fett's thighs looking a bit more plump. I never remove the padded suits, so I'm sure doing so on both would help.

I reposted my Fett. Decided to expose his chest allowing to see all components of the figure (both gauntlets, Wookiee hair, rifle, belts etc). It some ways it’s my band aid to cover up the horrible gap on right gauntlet. I have to admit the gloved hands are much better on my SS. Hot Toys look like cheap toys. Aside from that “Top Gun” figure man!! Love it. If you have not seen my review beck it out!!
