So here's my question:

Are they paying people to paint an extra 100 pieces and putting them off to the side for resale?

Or how is this working?

I'm honestly curious what everyone thinks about it.

If it is indeed the same factory, I would guess they are just making extras without XM knowing. I would be interested to see a recast with the original side by side.

Same here. And would love to know how they pull it off. I have a feeling though that it's not too difficult for them, depending on the degree of supervision that goes on.

I doubt that they come with the print and case, but thankfully, trying to 'make' the serial number is a hurdle they shouldn't be able to overcome.

$2000 USD but I also at the time had to pay $180 USD Shipping plus $300 tax as this was over 2k

I believe I’ve surpassed that 2k now as I’ve bought XM Studios Hulk Buster and the shipping will be a lot

It’s the only reason why choosing only a few a year makes it worth it. Displaying them right is a factor also. But yes the price hike doesn’t help at all
