I just want one last Harrison Ford Indy film..before they reboot it for the money. He's the only actor that
Will ever be indiana Jones to me.

It's really too bad they couldn't have picked someone better than LaPoop to play his son in the last one. They could've past the torch.

It's not enough they royally screwed Indy with KOTCS, now we're talking about a reboot?

I SAY THEE NAY!!!

I can't believe you people think anyone other than Harrison Ford should play Indy. Yeah, he's 72 years old and Kingdom of the Crystal Skull sucked donkey balls but Harrison Ford IS Indiana Jones. It's time to retire the character and create a new action hero instead of recycling the hat and bullwhip. This isn't James Bond or Doctor Who. Harrison Ford IS the franchise. Let him be the inspiration for a new generation of action hero role models and come up with something entirely new and unique.

I remember when they said the same thing about Connery and Bond back in the 60s...If the script and direction is good a new IJ could be had

Harrison Ford is Indiana Jones.

Don't even reboot it, call him something else, like Nathan Drake. Retire the "Indiana Jones" name.

Why spend money on a proven property when you can't include the one factor that made the property worth a damn? :dunno

Yes! Indy isn't even all that original. Give us some new action heroes. Naming a character Indiana Jones and giving him a fedora and bull whip doesn't equal instant success.

Bond is a literary character created by Ian Fleming. Connery, although iconic, is not the best Bond in terms of realizing the character onscreen. That honor goes to Dalton and Craig. Indy isn't some literary character. Ford IS Indy. It's like recasting Rambo, Rocky, or John McClain. We haven't seen an iconic action hero recast yet. Sure, Mad Max is being redone but I'd hardly call him iconic. He has more of a cult following. Why the push for a reboot?

I've never played Uncharted, but I'd love to see some Nathan Drake movies. Reboot Lara Croft while you're at it and get Pitfall Harry on the big screen! And finally make a couple original action adventure movies and who knows? Play your cards right, one might be successful enough to base a franchise around.

Disney shouldn't make more Indiana Jones movies because they will erase your childhood memories!! Also, once the reboot comes out, Disney will burn all the copies of the originals so that no one can watch them again, therefore erasing history along with your childhood!!

Remember when the Robocop reboot came out this year and it ruined the original film and how the 1987 film has a different ending now because of the new movie? How the studio burned all the copies of the original Robocop movies and how there is no more merchandise of the 1987 Robocop available? We have to stop this madness!! Remember Dawn of the Planet of the Apes...oh wait...that's a GOOD reboot, so that's OK to get a new version.
What are you - the parrot on Snake Doctor's shoulder? :lol

Each series you mention could be argued for both the pros & cons to rebooting them.
