They're sending a replacement with the gun in holster. I love the description and instructions on how to destroy the damaged item. Just made me giggle.

In regards to my base: They offered me three options: $35 credit toward a pre-order, $30 refund, or Ship it back. I e-mailed to clarify if I'm shipping only the base, or the entire piece.

I also asked about the oddity of my 4 color box being marked 24/500 while the shipping box AND the base being marked 66/500.

So I got mine today an the right leg is separated from the body. Is this supposed to be this way?

Nope. Call Sideshow's CS department and ask for a replacement...or get on the WL for a replacement apparently.

Eventually they tell you to destroy it. Don't go it til they tell you to though.

I'm 0-2 with Sideshow since the summer. Skaar came broken and now Black Widow. Not a comforting stat
 
That's weird! What do you send them proof you destroyed it? Also I didn't purchase this directly from SS. Does that make a difference?

If you didn't purchase the item directly from Sideshow, then you will need to contact the retailer/person you purchased it from and work out the replacement process through them since the info we would have on file would be the retailer/person you purchased the item from. :)
