I first would like to say the last 3 pages have been hilarious with all those GIFs :rotfl:rotfl

Secondly, I finally saw the hut environment in person, and now I wonder why I never ordered in the first place. :thud:. Hopefully sooner than later I can order this; have a great idea to display it with the new DX luke and Yoda.

I already have it on a turn table or lazy susan ...I was just thinking of adding another to make one great dagobah dioarama with bunch of aquarium logs and tree's and plants.... If still available in a few months I'm thinking i will for sure.....

2 Dagobah's is just crazy talk :lecture

maybe so but so many against make's me think i should even more....I need to pick up a bunch aquarium logs and plants to add on to this...too many bills right now......I still need a obi wan mainly 1st... Just excited to get my hot toys luke to dagobah in another few weeks......

Repainted, weathered and made hairy my medicom yoda!

Its no lalla or silentsurfer, but I tried to go for the puppet look and hoped matching the shades of green would make up for lack of organic painting skills.

The hair is a mix of cotton wool fluff teased out of a cotton wool bud stuck on with a brush of matt varnish (pain in the arse) There is some doll hair cuttings there too, bought a batch of the net.

Nice work on the hair! My Medi Yoda just arrived a few days ago. It was fun opening it - great eye candy. Love the Medi hands, not as fat as the SSC ones and more expressive.

For the whispy bits round the back, white fibres teased from a cotton wool bud. For the curlier, more substantial bits I used white doll hair from ebay.

Stick it on with a brush and little pot of matt varnish, i used tamiya flat clear. Its tedious so do it in a few batches, less is more kinda feel. Don't want it to be like a bird's nest.

I'm actually gonna buy and resculpt the Medi, there's GOLD in that sculpt, hes just slíghtly too scrawny looking. Same as with the Emperor from sideshow, just a good sculpt, but there the expression is weird.

HT Luke can't be saved imo. Just a poor sculpt.

A couple more with roughed in eyes.
But you get the idea. I always loved that "looking to the sky" yoda look. Still a lot to do with paint and texture.
