Man the raw sculpt sure didn't translate well when its painted? Still don't like the regualr head. Kind of wish her nostrils were a tad smaller.

Yah... I am surprise they didn't do 1 or 2 shots in natural lighting after that Ultron paint app issue.

The sculpt looks great... the images SSC use of her , make her look as if she is deformed facially... sorry too.. Great pics here.

I am not going to lie, the updated pictures are nice and the unpainted sculpt looks great. I am a bit worried about the in-hand paint apps, but this could turn into a home run. That said, I think I am going to hold out for the Jim Lee version...hmm, decisions.
That exclusive head is amazing much better than the 1st one we saw

what makes people think there will be Jim Lee version? How many other PF's are there more then one version of? No comic book characters that I can think of.

Well, she's stunning, imo.
Absolutely. I don't know if these are decals, but on the pic above, her right eye seems to have a little bit more of white below the iris than the left one. It does not make her look cross-eyed at all (leave that to SSC's Chinese workers), but it does make her look a little goggle-eyed, and all because of that iris placement.
Also, notice there is no profile pic from her right angle for the reg portrait.
Just try covering her right eye up with a finger: she's a beauty goddess, but that iris (paint job, whatever) detracts somewhat from the overall looks. And I'm afraid the production pieces may be worse in that respect, with SSC's long history of inexplicably clumsy eyes placement.
Still, I'm so getting this.
I think that's precisely one of her greatest assets. I don't want all of my PF females to have the same Caucasian look, so I'm glad Ororo has African features and Psylocke actually looks Asian.

A nice looking statue with the hi-res pics IMO. An interesting take on this character. I wouldn't mind owning one.

- Sideshow has stated that they are committed to making the 90's X-Men
- Every character that has the red X base is off the cover of Jim Lee's X-Men #1
- The yellow Wolverine PF with the wood base was meant as a companion piece to Sabretooth; we WILL see a brown Wolverine PF from the cover of X-Men #1 with a red X base soon
- The Storm PF does not have a red X base nor is she wearing her Jim Lee costume. In Sideshow's photos, they preview her with Black Panther, not the X-Men team.
