No, the contents of the leaked photos were his black costume, an alternate gun and a base with mangled up T-600 bits on it. If it were in there it was folded up and tucked where it didn't stand out.
Hopefully this is Connor v2 and hopefully it has a scarred portrait.

I wish. I just can't understand the hold up with T2 figures. I know Sideshow made them at one time but they also made POTA figures too. T1 I can understand but T2 is a mystery imo.

That'll probably be next. Hot Toys likes to bleed properties, but one film at a time. First we got ALIENS, then we got AVP, then Predator 2, then AVPR, then Alien, then Predator.
First we get Terminator, now we get Salvation, if they see enough room for money in it, I'm sure T2 will be coming.

From Sideshow's line, the only one I'd rebuy would be clean T-800, mostly for the clothes, their T-1000 is fine and so is Sarah. I'd be looking for BD versions of the guys, and while out of scale (unless they could use Sideshow's Hobbit body or developed their own) I'd still like a young John Connor, also Biker T-1000.

Man....I haven't seen them bleed a line like this since the Predators. There are umpteen T-600s, a T-700, Marcus, John now another Connor and people are pushing the rumor of the T-RIP...They either thought this film was going to be outstandingly popular or they are just having fun with it.

The success of this line really isn't relying much on the film's quality. A few productions stills posted many times around the internet would probably be enough to get interest in any Terminator made by Hot Toys, coupled with the quality of their T-800. The T-600 really never made a screen presence but multiple versions are selling well.
Marcus is about 50/50, you do need to kind of like the character, but it's also a really cool looking costume and the exposed Endo arm and head have a nice selling factor too, so you can be lukewarm to T:S and still find appeal their. Same with Connor.
T:S is an enjoyable film, but the Terminator franchise as a whole is a very strong seller, like Aliens and Predators, collectors of such figures will eat it up regardless of the film. I think HT's AVP line is far more popular than the film with fans.
Even though a second Connor may seem like bleeding things, I think if done right, it should be different enough to be worthwhile to pick up, not like doing Joker or Batman over just to improve a few things. It's rather refreshing when HT actually builds up a line instead of just releasing a couple figures from a film. Though like most of their lines, I won't feel this one's really rounded out unless they make a Reese.
