I know this has been asked before. But what the heck is going on with the riddler?? Does it usually take this long to hear back from the manufacturer? This is the 1st time i ever pre order so just curious. We got an updated sculpt for the penguin. Could the same have been done for the riddler which could be why its taking so long???

The manufacturer, Mars Toys, doesn't really respond to questions about what's going on or what's releasing next, they just do what they want. Which Riddler are you wondering about? Back in January they teased that the '95 Riddler would be releasing soon which it didn't. We've heard nothing on the '66 Riddler front.

I sure would love to A) Receive the 66 Riddler that I PO'ed so long ago; B) Pre-Order the Penguin I saw a completed prototype for so long ago; C) See a completed prototype of Catwoman I saw teased so long ago. Mars lit us all up with the 66 Joker and got our hopes up. I hope that they pull off the four rogues in the next 3 years, honestly...

I don't have high hopes for a Mars Newmar.

But we're so close to at least the Key Three: Joker, Riddler, Penguin.

I'll wait for Joost on Newmar.

As much as I want to nail this down with a preorder, I’m glad Mars isn’t continuing to put up new preorders and take more money while they’re still overdue on so many figures. I feel better about how this is playing out, especially after what happened with Big Chief. It feels like Mars is being smart about it. I’ll be much happier preordering from them after people get their Breaking Bad figure that they’ve been waiting so long for.

And I’m less worried about the big 4. Someone will do them eventually. It’s characters like Alfred and Mad Hatter that I’m more worried about. If Mars goes under I could see those never getting any attention. I NEED EGGHEAD!
