Yes, Specfictionshop is very good. When I ordered my XM Darth Maul statue, it was shipped from Asia through Specfictionshop. Of course my statue had the lower piece connected to the waist broken clean off. Todd sent me a label to return the lower section of the statue to him for repairs.....at no cost to me. Contact them and Todd will answer your questions. Got a good deal on shipping also.

This also happened to me but I had to smash mine up and got a full replacement. Thankfully I was able to save a few extra parts and the box and shipper from the first so I have quite a few spare parts.

XM tends to be very creative and dynamic with the poses for their statues, their XM Darth Maul is absolutely state of the art, besides discernible breakage issues during transportation. This Revan statue feels kinda "safe"
