As the Batman Shugo has been out for some time and market value has changed, the price has changed as well. We typically adjust to 10% below market value for any released high demand pieces (this is of course if someone canceled their pre-order and the piece becomes available again)

Ok, not sure I follow. The original price for version A was 1399SGD which is a little over 1K in USD. Does the 1299 include shipping/tax?

So typically it costs a lot to ship overseas so whole the original process was 1399 SGD they also had to charge around 300-400 SGD just to get it overseas. In this case this piece is already in the USA so while it does not include USA shipping, you won't be paying overseas shipping rates
