This piece needs really bright light to make it look it's best displayed:lecture...or to be repainted and lightened up a bit:wink1:....grats

Can't say I agree with that.

Look at the photos when the light is really on him versus the darker shots...Even SS had him with the black light on video so it looked like he glowed JMHO....For this particular piece light does affect him IMHO

do you suggest a black light for display? anyone tried this?

good idea i am going to try that, is it easy to remove? I used a thin screwdriver try to make the plastic hole bigger by drilling in it but it didnt do much. Everytime i look at it the seam between the head and neck bothers me.

Still havent heard back from sideshow about the missing ex hand sigh.

No, it wasn't easy but it's doable. I'll take a pick of mine tonight to show you the neck area of how it looks now. It was floating 1 or 2 mm before I removed it.

I agree the light does play with things and does add a nice effect. I just prefer how he looks as a whole when I look at him in my display.

I will try tonight. I have him in my black light room. I didn't notice anything with this guy but damn, the dark rider of mordor horses' eyes glow a really cool erie red with the black light on.

It looked to me that the Sideshow video used a black light...I could be wrong...maybe blue?...but the lighting effect did look nice in that video
