Bumping this for my own reasons, sorry. I just got an email to "activate my account" even though I've had it for months. Also, I can't log in with my email and password. Did they reboot their system or something or is it just my luck and something funky's going on? I replied to their email, as it was the same email they give for Contact Us/Customer Service in their website, but I'm kinda weirded out. My order went through just fine last time so what is this? I was even planning to buy another fig. It'd be a shame to stop using it, as it had lots of older figures and with pretty good prices. My only other resort is eBay for such older releases.

Also, OP, late answer, but I'm in the EU and ordered a figure some months back. Everything arrived just fine although I was hit with customs (in my country it's around 25%). I'm not sure if it's helpful, half a year later at that, but I figured if I bumped it I might as well give an answer.

EDIT: It was just website maintenance. The second email was lost in my spam.

Hijacking this to say it looks like someone (Sideshow maybe?) have had TW's website shut down.

Crappy move on sideshows part. TW is reselling just like and eBay seller from Hong Kong. If their shipping was cheaper I'd abandon sideshow altogether.

There is nothing wrong with them selling items just as any other retailer, eBay, Yourself. You get the items when they are released right away.

I have never had a problem with them or in fact the shipping price. Always got the items within 3 business days from Hong Kong.
Everything new and packaged well.

sideshow is expensive and not liking the deposit for pre-orders. Long time waiting to get the items.
Saying that I always get what I want from Toys Wonderland when releases come out.
I never have to pre-order.

Justins Collections does great toy reviews also.

It's down right dirty from Sideshow what they are doing here. Behaving like arrogant monopolists taking down people who are not even doing anything illegal.

ToysWonderland isn't the only one who has been bullied by Sideshow with this fake copyright claim either.

So glad I don't buy from Sideshow. What a **** company.

It's Mafia tactics for Sideshow to maintain their monopoly. Disgusting.

Like I also said, I know other sites are experiencing exactly the same problems. Why do you think they all have changed to non Hot Toys pictures in the last months ?

LOL ... Moose are dangerous. You hit one with your car and its walking away when you're not. And you don't want to be anywhere near one during rutting season.

I startled what must have been one in Algonquin Park years ago -- I never actually saw it but felt the ground shaking as it disappeared down an embankment. Prehistoric.

Hey all
Long time no check here but glad I did, I Popped on to Toys Wonderland earlier to be met by a blank screen & message that the website will be back

I really cannot believe what I'm reading here & on the TW Instagram page

This is seriously underhanded stuff by SS & totally unfair on TW
Hopefully it is only temporary & they come back soon

@Dave_W glad to hear you had good service from them & hope that when they return I can get an order in this time, prices are really good
