Bumping this for my own reasons, sorry. I just got an email to "activate my account" even though I've had it for months. Also, I can't log in with my email and password. Did they reboot their system or something or is it just my luck and something funky's going on? I replied to their email, as it was the same email they give for Contact Us/Customer Service in their website, but I'm kinda weirded out. My order went through just fine last time so what is this? I was even planning to buy another fig. It'd be a shame to stop using it, as it had lots of older figures and with pretty good prices. My only other resort is eBay for such older releases.
Also, OP, late answer, but I'm in the EU and ordered a figure some months back. Everything arrived just fine although I was hit with customs (in my country it's around 25%). I'm not sure if it's helpful, half a year later at that, but I figured if I bumped it I might as well give an answer.
EDIT: It was just website maintenance. The second email was lost in my spam.
