Its that time again! Comic-Con 2010 has many exciting things ahead for us and I'm very excited to get out there and cover the show for the 6th straight year. This year I'm adding a new tweak to my coverage. Besides listing the items below and taking photos I'm going to try and do some video this year. Something like a video blog with the help of my new IPhone 4.

4:30-5:30 DC Comics' 75th Anniversary— 75 years ago Major Malcolm Wheeler-Nicholson started a comic book company (National Allied Publications) that pioneered the use of new material (as opposed to comic strip reprints) in its books. In 1938, Action Comics #1, featuring Superman, came along, and the rest—as they say—is history. And what a history it is! DC Comics celebrates its 75th anniversary this year. He will be painting on stage while a panel of Acme representatives and Acme artists discuss limited-edition art and its creation. The entire procedure will be outlined, including finding new artists, discussing concepts, creating rough ideas, getting studio approvals, receiving finished art, preparing art for printing, and, ultimately, releasing the print on the Acme website.
