Ok so I live in Los Angeles and i found this really great apartment centrally located.

The only problem is it gets hot like a sauna during the summer.

We're talking 100 degrees+

I fear for my Hot Toys being on display.

Would dry heat be bad for them?

Where in L.A. does it get hot enough to damage plastic toys? LMK because I was raised here and never felt heat like that.

I'm sure you'll be fine, instructions usually are that you shouldn't leave them in direct sunlight BUT that's more for paint colour fading (obviously)..., I doubt very much the average room temperature will effect things, if it did people wouldn't be buying anything plastic..., if your not worried about your TV or any other thing plastic you own melting/warping etc, then there's no need to worry at all.

be carefull with rubber parts. I have a hot wheels elite scale ferrari inside a proper display and part of the tires melted. is not severe damage but still

No central air, just cheap window A/C unit but no worries I decided not to rent that apartment, too hot even at night.
