it is from the collar. I don't think you can remove it.

Recently got this and noticed a lot of black paint rub at the bottom of the neck, anyone else had this if not check yours.

Any tips to remove it?

Many sculpts unfortunately end up with staining from dye bleeding from the fabrics Hot Toys uses. Generally it’s in places you’ll never see but fair chance it’s happening with dark colored fabric.

The Hot Toys GOTG 2 Star-Lord figure had staining from the factory and people tried all sorts of things like acne treatment and the scarf the figure came with. You could take a look at that towards the end of the thread. It did work but might’ve been because it was caught earlier on.

Don’t know if it would work for the black stains on your sculpt if it’s been there for a long time. Realistically it’s difficult or impossible to remove. Best way to combat it are preventative measures like wrapping the neck in archival safe plastic and/or washing excess dye out.
