Negotiating a purchase with someone for an Ex. Is $700 shipped in the US reasonable?

Guys, I have a question about this piece. I was finally able to get one and I have an issue which I am not sure if it's common or I just got a lemon.

The statue...wobbles. Obviously if I leave it alone it's fine but if I move it or tip it back and forth it just doesn't feel like it's in as solid as it should be. I made a video to illustrate it. Just curious if that normal and to be expected from this piece or did I just get unlucky.
