I have Hands from a sideshow Freddy but I am using a Hot Toys body.
The sideshow pegs are too small to stay in the hot toys body and the hot toys
pegs that go into the actual hand are too small to keep the hand attached.
Is there a good alternative peg or do I need to put a special glue or band around the peg to get it to say in?
Thanks in advance.

I think I am going to try to use the sideshow pegs and use heat shrink tubing like Jase25 did with his Ghostface joints to tighten them.
Maybe it will build up enough material to use in the hot toys socket.
I can post some progress photos when I take them.

I gave it a shot, it works ok with a hairdryer, don't use a lighter, I ruined a peg trying it that way.
The only problem is the joint may need to be lubed now because there isn't much give to turn it once you wrap the peg in the plastic tubing.

Heat shrink tubing is a good idea. I never thought of that. I’ve always used museum putty on the peg as it’s kinda tacky.
