I just rewatched that post ending and

I'm not totally convinced that was Carol. Her facial expression is much less serious than how Brie used to play here.

That was a surprise ending indeed. Was that:

Carol Danvers or did Kamala transform into her like she did when she emerged from Terrigenesis?

So she is still either an Inhuman, or she is now a Mutant.

Hmm, I took it as Kamala transforming into CM for the first time like in the comics, but then I flip flop with the notion that she switched places with CM lol

I'm not sure of anything anymore lol. I was expecting

Carol to show up at the end (when Kamala was sitting on the street light), but not in a body swap or whatever the hell happened in that mid-credits scene. I did like Carol's new outfit - a much sleeker costume than her CM and Endgame versions. I know the outfit is contributing to it but Brie Larson also looked much skinnier to me. I'm guessing she's been working out quite a bit.
As for Kamala, she's part Clandestine as she's a descendant of Aisha, but something apparently has altered her genes to unlock her abilities and differentiate her from her Nani and mother (both probably tried on the bangle at some point and were unaffected). Maybe they are making her a Mutant, and the bangle unlocked/accelerated her mutation the way Terrigen Mist does so for Inhumans? Your guess is as good as mine.

Oh man that would've been soooooooooooo amazing if CM showed up like that!!!!!!!!! But I still creamed my pants when she did show up!!!!

I do like her new suit, it looks to be going closer to the more simpler comic suit, but I do agree she looks a bit skinnier. BUT she still looks fabulous!!!

Carol always looks tall and lean in the comics. Brie Larson will never be tall, but the sleeker costume gets her closer to that than did her previous thick, rubbery outfits.

Well I did like her previous thick rubbery suits I thought that she already looked a bit skinny in her EG final battle suit, siince it was CGI'd lol
