I recently ordered and received the "Marc A Lee - Seal Team 3 Charlie Platoon Deluxe Commemorative Figure" from BlackOps Toys, as they were running a good sale and if not mistaken, were also involved in the design and production of this figure in conjunction with Easy & Simple. I prefer these types of figures, honoring real heroes and when I found out that this figure was available, I had to pick it up and plan on displaying it alongside the Chris Kyle figure.

Aviation Ordnanceman 2nd Class (SEAL) Marc A. Lee earned the Silver Star, the Bronze Star Medal with Valor and the Purple Heart for his actions that felled him. He was the first Navy SEAL killed in combat during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Marc Lee served with fellow SEAL and "American Sniper", Chris Kyle.

His charity website, dedicated to helping the troops, the fallen and their families by providing programs that improve quality of life, resiliency and recovery. You can visit the site here: America's Mighty Warriors

Finally, BlackOps Toys included a separate ziplock baggie with a corrected radio head set for the figure, which was pretty cool:

I'll wrap it up here with a quick note that I hope that we continue to see these types of tribute figure releases in the future.
