Want to get back into collecting after 10 years or so. Are there any reliable painters left, and if so how do I reach them?

I've been pretty happy with 357partment (found on Instagram). They quote a turnaround time of 3 months but it's been about 4 months in my experience (better than a year plus). They're based in Korea so there's some added shipping expense. Had 3 sculpts done by them over the last year.
