i have an extra one of these, and yes it's an exclusive with the sword.
when i got it, it didn't have the sword/excalibour. but sideshow is good enough to send me a replacement which is coming right now.
so it's only been taken out of the box recently to inspect (which is when i didn't find the sword) i appears to be good to me. again a sweet deal for fellow canadians that want one without the shipping/brokerage costs.
