Hey there Ladies and Gents

So here we have it, what someone has called one of the most comprehensive Lady mechanika collections around. While that's a very flattering sentiment, I'm not so sure, but I know there is a lot, that I'll admit to.
My friend even started calling me Lady M a while ago because my 'sunday' name is Michelle and due to my love of the character, even Joe Benitez, the creator and owner of the character I love called me Lady M when he sent me some gifts, I was sat in awe of that
You'll see it all in the enclosed thread.

This thread is a total dedication to all things Lady Mechanika that I have.

I really LOVE Joe Benitez' work and style, I think I'm kind of obsessed (ok, VERY obsessed) with Lady Mechanika so I have created this thread for all my Lady M goodies.

Joe's Artwork really is simply breathtaking, I love the imagery, the detail and the story equally. The fact that Peter Steigerwald has been doing the colours has been an added bonus for me because he is a genius too .

I'm not a completist when it comes to collecting, apart from Lady M. I really do 'gotta have it all ' when it comes to Joe's creation and thankfully, I do. Yay for me
Although I don't yet have any of Joe's 'Sketch Cover' books so they are next on my list.

I also have a couple of Lady Mechanika Prints from other Artists including our own Grphyx1 from here on the Forum, and Peter Steigerwald's Dia De Los Muertos Print.

I apologise in advance for the quality of some of the photo's. I take a lot of medications and have the shakes so getting a good photograph is kinda difficult. Hey, at least I tried though right ?!


So, on we go. I am starting the thread with the Comics.
I actually have 3 sets of the books. The sets are organised into Signed Raw copies, Un-Signed Raw copies and a 9.8 Graded set of the books. I am missing 4 signed versions and 1 graded to complete those 2 sets, so there are a few I'm constantly looking for

I hope you peeps like my collection as much as I do....

Joe Benitez now offers the Lady Mechanika Mysteries in book form, both TPB & Hardback.
I of course bought HB and Joe was kind enough to do a sketch for me on the inside of Vol. 1

Joe Benitez Personal Prints & Gifts.

My good friend Sam (Gruesam) went to the Aspen Booth for me at SDCC 2012 and got a few Aspen Prints as well as discussing Lady Mechanika with Erick from Aspen and Joe Benitez.

Erick realised that Sam was there for me, I think I'm kind of infamous with the peeps at Aspen aswell as with Joe

As my Birthday was July 20th, Erick asked Joe about sending me a Birthday gift aswell as taking care of the prints that Sam had bought for me. He arranged for everything to be sent to me so Sam didn't have to carry everything, very sweet of him.

So here goes, Joe Benitez calls me Lady M, which is so cool!.

I received some more gifts just last month (Jan '13).
Joe wanted me to have the full set of his Sketch Prints so he sent me some, along with a few of his own other prints (which I still need to take pics of).
