Im not new, but this is weird.

So, while watching my spam filter on my oldest email account this week for something unrelated, some other junk about some forum survey caught my eye. I can't count how many forums and other sites that I've registered with over the decades, mostly with throwaway names, emails, and lies just to get a freebie or something. But this one was addressed to my main, and it spooked me. Never heard of this...collectorfreaks before. I brushed it off, but it nagged at me. So, I dug a rabbit hole.

Not only did an account that I didn't know I had recognize my credentials, I had unread messages more than ten years old. Wtf? I had to lurk a bit to figure things out, still not clear when the site's name changed, but I recognize what this was and why I stopped lurking. It looks different now...maybe better? I'll stick around a bit until I find out. Might even fill out that survey.

So, uh...good to be back...I guess, for the first time.
