【Marvel Comics - 1/6th scale War Machine Collectible Figure】

Introduced in Iron Man #118 comic in 1979, War Machine has proved himself a capable hero and loyal friend, someone who is reliable and faithfully patriotic throughout his comic run. He has assisted Tony Stark in countless near-death situations, put himself on the line to save the world, and eventually became a super hero on his own.

Returning to the original paint scheme inspired by the comic pages, Hot Toys is excited to bring War Machine as the new 1/6th scale diecast collectible figure with crystal armor to extend on The Origins Collection.

The highly detailed diecast War Machine figure based on his appearance in Marvel Comics features a newly developed helmet head with LED light-up function; sophisticated armor design in matte black and metallic silver; clear crystal armor covering upper chest to waist; LED light-up Arc Reactor on chest and palms; back-mounted weapons such as machine gun and rifle gun; also a figure stand.

I can't believe they decided to ruin an entire line with clear plastic. I would have bought all three of these.

Why does this have plastic parts??? Makes no sense on this one at all!

I really wanted a comic War Machine but almost out of principle I don’t want to get any of these for the stupid decision of plastic parts.

It's only body that has it. It looks dumber on this one. From dumbest to acceptable:

1. War Machine
2. Origins
3. Stealth

I’m having a hard time understanding the clear plastic on this as well. Watch those clear plastic bits yellow up over time. Love the idea and concept of these comic versions but just not executed well

One day the light bulb will turn on for Hot Toys with this terrible line of Iron Man figues….just don’t use clear plastic parts. Like what the hell is this even? This is such a massive waste I can’t even e believe it. I’ll pick this up when it eventually goes on a massive sale.

LOL - all the fans ask for no clear plastic and Hot Toys just doubles down. Hot Toys, stop trying to make "fetch" happen.

I feel like this one is the least offensive of the three designs (to me) and the weapons and armor pieces bring it up a notch. The dreaded plastic shell and the derpy faceplate 🥴 don’t help, though.

It’s crazy that Hot Toys has perfected the recipe on creating a Sixth Scale Iron Man/War Machine more than any other company but the aesthetic choice for this line is working against them. Despite that, someone WILL buy them to satiate their curiosity and remove those plastic pieces but that’s too heavy a cost to be curious, in my book.

Jesus man. This one only has it on ONE section. At least with the first Iron Man it had it in various sections so it looked like it was suppose to be there.

Why even bother including the clear part on this one Hot Toys? ffs :slap

The longer you stare at it, the worse it gets.

I’m just amazed. They dropped the ball so hard it got disintegrated in the Earth’s core.

Wow these are ugly. Any excuse to make iron man. So glad I’m not a huge collector of this company
