I have to make this speculation thread as a place holder until the day Hot Toys decided to officialy tease him . You guys all knew Hot Toys love doing StarWars's villians...dont tell me "it ain't going to happen", look at Grand Moff Tarkin, Orson Krennic and those Sith lords.

Would definitely buy. Such an awesome actor I can only imagine his character will be equally so. He's flanked by death troopers so hes already a bad ass.

Gus Fring as a SW villain could be cool but I hope they don't water down the mystique of the Death Troopers. I like the idea of them being a unique, super elite unit put together by Krennic that perished along with him.

I'll personally always still see him as Buggin' Out.
I want to see the Mando scuff his Imperial boot, ...then things get real:

Moff Gideon: Who told you to step on my boot?! Who told you to walk on my side of the outer rim territories?! Who told you to be in my Galaxy?!
Mando: "As I understand it, the outer rim is a free country, a Mando can live wherever he wants."
Gideon: "A free county? ... Mando ...I should F-you-Up! Just for sayin' that stupid s!ht alone!"
Mando: "I was born here..."
Gideon: "Ahhhhhh, that's it, ..........Burn him out!"

I could foreseen the possibilty of 2.0 Deathtroopers being released in the foreseeable future is extremely high ...probably a wise move to hold your horses and do not pay those ebay's ridiculous pricesf for these DTs.

Yeah totally. And with a bit of luck we'll get a dusty beat up outer rim version. That would be nice !

As far as Moff Gideon / Esposito surely HT will have to do one of the "Imperials" bad guys. I mean they've done Emperor, Vader, Tarkin & still can't believe I have him on pre-order Krennic. So there is a decent history for bad guys to be made in Star Wars.

Esposito is such an interesting guy in real life. He's so much into the detail. Watching some of those red carpet interviews I'm sure they edited some stuff out cause he talked for so long. One I recall he went into topics and themes which the interviewer had no idea on. Classic !

It certainly seems he will bring a twist to the story. So bring him on I say !

When does Korea get Disney+ ?? Need to make sure Howard is watching and getting hooked too !

Yep sorry. I did think Howard was more part of the Korean design team for some reason.

But in any case, yes Disney+ in the greater Asian area so they get inspired to do more was the jyst of the post.

No need to be sorry, I realize my response looks a bit blunt, apologies. They will have access to the episodes for sure even if they don't get Disney + in Asia but I really hope Disney launch it fast enough in the rest of the world so HTs will get enough POs and release "Wave 2".

I would definitely pick up a Moff Gideon. The actor alone is extremely talented, as we?re past Imperial baddies, plus i would just get him for that armored uniform alone!
Also if they do release new Deathtroopers, I wonder what alterations they?ll do, or if they?ll just be the same? Either way I?d pick up some more since they are my favorite trooper design

Yes I'm totally the same. No wonder it's being touted as potentially one of the most downloaded TV shows of the decade. Disney's own fault if you ask me.

Here's the rollout timeline. You're guess is as good as mine when China or Korea fit into that long blue line. No doubt if China shows interest they'll be getting that local server rollout happening asap !

Currently have 2 Specialists waiting for theirs master Krennic. If they're going to reissue these DTs - which the chance is feasibily high I would definitely place PO for addtional 2 Regulars....and of course Hot Toys needs to fix that damn cheap holsters of V1.

Well you're definitely going to need 2 more to flank Moff Gideon when he comes out right

By the way if anyone has a spare short Death Trooper rifle just sitting in a box I'd be interested in it. PM me.
