That looks great! I love how the tentacles look all twisty in those first shots.Something you cant do with the McF one.And the standing shots are great too.I might have to buy two...oh and I would wait for HT to make their APU-its supposed to be in scale with the sentinel.Also I bought a McF APU and it came broken at the waist right out of the box.Now its a contributor to my bashing fetish

Yep, it is smaller than I imagined also, but I really like it. I've got one now and another one on order from BBTS.

I wanted to add electronics / LEDs like I did for my N2 Toys Sentinels, but I think these Hot Toy versions would be very difficult to open up. The N2 Toys Sentinels were hollow which provided room to work and hide the battery compartment.

I wonder if anyone has tried to heat it up and disassemble it.

Just got mine, it's smaller than I imagined but the details are great, it has red plastic lenses in many of the eyes and ALL the claws, both underneath the body and at the end of the tentacles are articulated.
I'll review it as soon as I can (got a full plate right now) and I'll take comp shots with my McF one.

I think the APU will be the same scale so you can display them together.

There was a light up kit for the HT version on Ebay awhile back.But I cant find a lsting for it now.It was like $99.00-a little steep for me.

and i saw this pic yesterday on xl-shop.com, it shows that it is almost the same scale as the mcfarlane apu. excited of having one and pose them together!!! hehehe

Finally opened mine last night......had to wait until things are getting unpacked at the new house, and glad I waited......excellent detail and look - glad I got this one....surprised more people were 'meh' with this one
