I've been holding off waiting for the team look, so I'm pretty stoked. I almost bought the previous rocket, but I couldn't get on board with the open mouth. This Cosmo is icing on the cake.

Yeah this figure needs a more neutral/serious sculpt considering the movie itself.

Also they’re too scared to put the CCCP logo on Cosmo’s chest.

Big yes to the new Rocket sculpt. They are reusing this for a fourth time.
And nobody has a copyright on the USSR sign. And USSR is not Russia (though they pretend it is) if this is the reason.

P.S.: I just want Cosmo from this set.

Haven't seen the movie yet. That dog looks awesome, better than Rocket^^ I prefer this sculpt to the Endgame one but I still don't understand why they can't give him a neutral expression with the mouth completely closed

Not really a fan of the toothy, reused headsculpt but I'm still lacking a Rocket, so I'll probably get this. I just hope they follow through with their tease and release the full team.

It’s an odd fit for this duo as they really didn’t have anything to do with each other in the film. this stinks of HT believing that Rocket wasn’t enough on his own so we will throw in Cosmo too... I for one just want Cosmo because I’m stoked with my OG Raccoon.
Ugh what am I going to do now…? I guess I’ll just wait for Guardians 4. Sigh.

This. Cosmo should have been paired with Kraglin (who HT probably has no plans to make). Happy for those who want/need Rocket, but 3 rabbits in my collection is enough. Maybe I'll pick up Cosmo on the secondary market if I'm still interested in 3 years lol...

I think I’ll get this. I’ve almost gotten Rocket from previous films but never have yet. The fact that this one comes with Cosmo makes me want it more. I also like that he’s wearing the Guardians s uniform.

As far as Cosmo being included with Rocket, to me it makes sense. Two smaller characters bundled together. Adds more value to getting Rocket while getting another character.

How is this practically $300? Big pass unless if it’s ever on a huge discount.

Reusing the same Rocket sculpt from 2014 is just the cherry on top. Bravo Hot Toys.

It is a lot. Considering that for an example of a figure that comes with an animal the Sly Stallone Shop Rocky standard figure is $280 and includes Rocky and Butkus. This is two animal figures (one with a tailored outfit) for the same price.

bit pricy...$240 maybe. recycled head sculpt and an essentially Einstein"esque" accessory (albeit with better paint job)? Seems like they're hoping, betting on the last movie nostalgia to move these

Endgame Rocket was I think about 220 USD. Adding 60 USD to include Cosmo seems to be alright though.

At this rate I’m never gonna own any Guardians figures, even though I really want to. But the problem is there’s always at least one figure from each movie that’s either just not hitting the mark or is missing entirely. I don’t want a partial lineup and I don’t want subpar figures either.

Same thoughts. I would actually be down to have the group from Vol 3 in figure form but this reuse of a 2014 Rocket head + Star Lord also looks to be another reuse of his older sculpt..

Hot Toys laziness really hinders this line and it's a shame with it being done on the Guardians movie that's a send off for this crew.

I'll probably get this. I just want him and Star-Lord in those uniforms. They are the two I most remember from the 08 comic. I don't remember Drax ever putting on the uniform. Mantis might have. I'd have to go back and look.

Re-using an old Star-Lord sculpt would be really stupid. He had a much more disheveled look in vol.3 compared to the previous movies. Also looks like they're re-using the old Nebula headsculpt, which definitely doesn't work because she no longer has the metal plate above her brow.

There’s no way they’re getting away with Star Lord re-use, he doesn’t even look the same as he did in Vol 2. or Infinity War anymore.

Drax wore pants, but no shirt. Mantis wore the shirt but had a weird multi-slitted, mistcloak type skirt.
