It's the brittle peg hole that comes with that figure which is the problem, which is common among that, the DX09 and older figures such as all of the T-800 figures. Thankfully it's fixable with epoxy. Unless the Penguin finally got a hold of the costume, I doubt anyone would just sell you the right boot.
